St. Peter Manor is located at the historic St Peter Village. The site was originally an orphanage built in the 1800’s. Now it is a 10-story mid-town retirement community with 234 one-bedroom and 49 studio apartments. Homes with accessible features are available. We offer rental assistance to qualified applicants who are 62 and older, and are open to people of all faiths and religions. The apartments have furnished kitchens, individually controlled heat and air, and emergency call system. Utilities are included in the rents. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system throughout. There is a coin operated laundry, sundry store with an indoor café on the 7^th floor, chapel, community room, computer center and beauty shop, all onsite. Transportation is available with our 20-passenger bus which makes runs to numerous locations daily. New in 2022 to St. Peter Manor is Matter Health, an on-site health clinic for your convenience.

Care Managers are available to assist residents in accessing services to enrich their lives.

Residents may choose to participate in weekly worship service and Bible Study provided by the Wesley Pastoral Care staff. The residents enjoy an atmosphere of inter-dependency and gracious living. Activities are planned and provided for the residents, especially during the various holiday seasons. Residents are encouraged to participate and to interact with each other.

MIFA meals are delivered Monday through Friday. The community features a large-screen television in our activity room that provides entertainment and special community events, and a library that is staffed by volunteers.
