Wesley Living Coronavirus-(COVID-19) Response
UPDATE
June 26, 2020
Three months ago an initial page was posted to acknowledge how serious the COVID-19 pandemic was and how Wesley Living was committed to being a part of the solution, not the problem.
Today, as our communities across three states continue to return to a new normal, I am pleased to report that the many hours spent monitoring the Centers for Disease Control, the Tennessee Department of Health and all state and local governments assisted greatly in developing our operating guidelines. This effort has brought a tremendous amount of comfort and safety to our seniors.
Wesley Living believes and operates upon 3 Core Values. They are Service, Compassion and Integrity. To date, this year has been a perfect opportunity to demonstrate these values every day by every employee. In addition to the pandemic, numerous storms and destructive damage came our way at several communities. Throughout the rebuilding process our employees never forgot these Core Values and our residents and families continued to show their appreciation.
Wesley Living’s commitment and ultimate actions to deny access and exposure to our residents, clients and staff was embraced by most and ultimately successful. Having managed approximately 2500 lives daily throughout this period, with almost zero incidents is a testament to everyone concerned.
As a reminder, large gatherings at any community is still not permitted; however, all responsible parties, emergency contacts and other family members are encouraged to stay in touch. And if you do not live nearby don’t forget to visit our website at www.wesleyliving.com and click on the Retirement Housing or Assisted Living links to contact a staff member regarding a wellness check.
For more than 50 years, Wesley Living has provided housing and services to enrich the lives of senior citizens and their families. We will not stray from this mission in our ongoing effort to minimize the effects of this virus.
Sincerely,
Jim Nasso

As COVID-19 has been identified in many of the towns and cities that we serve, we are monitoring announcements from the Centers for Disease Control and the Tennessee Department of Health and will follow their guidelines for best practices and recommendations for continued service to our seniors.
While this public health crisis presents a new challenge, Wesley Living is exploring ways to limit exposure for our residents, clients, and staff, and we are making plans for operational adjustments as needed. Our priority is to decrease the chances of spreading the virus through social distancing. With this in mind, Wesley Living will deny access to all visitors and vendors at all of our managed facilities until further notice effective immediately.
If you are a responsible party or emergency contact of those we serve, you may request wellness checks to be conducted for your loved one. Staff will then report their condition to you. Just visit the Retirement Housing or Assisted Living pages to contact a staff member regarding a wellness check.
